Véritable katana japonais fabriqué à la main selon la méthode ancestrale de fabrication de l’épée. Sabre fonctionnel tranchant, adapté à la pratique de la coupe.

Détails de la Fabrication

Ce katana est fabriqué à partir d’acier T10 et est trempé à l’argile, lui conférant une lame tranchante comme un rasoir.

Caractéristiques de la Lame

La lame en acier T10 est entièrement forgée à la main selon la méthode traditionnelle japonaise. Elle présente un hamon authentique résultant de la trempe sélective à l’argile. De plus, elle est adaptée à la pratique de la coupe, avec une construction full tang.

Matériaux et méthode de forge

La lame est réalisée en acier T10 dans une structure Maru, puis forgée, façonnée et polie à la main. Une argile spéciale est appliquée sur la lame pour contrôler le refroidissement lors de la trempe, créant ainsi un hamon distinctif. De plus, la lame est trempée et durcie pour améliorer sa résistance et sa flexibilité, tout en étant équilibrée pour des performances optimales.

Le katana est léger et équilibré, adapté aussi bien aux collectionneurs qu’aux pratiquants d’arts martiaux.
